Appearance
Niko is average height with muscular arms and legs. He has very slightly tanned skin. His hair is black and is always styled meticulously, usually in some ridiculous fashion that he somehow makes cool. Something that often stands out about him is his bright smile that never seems to leave. His eyes are a deep, captivating gold-brown color like a dog's. This often leaves out the factor of guessing which mythic he is. Niko often wears a white muscle shirt and dark basketball shorts. He doesn't wear this entirely to show off, but just in case he needs to make a split-second shift. He wears black skater shoes that are usually untied or just tucked into the shoe.

Niko is kind of like the classic teenage boy. A little full of himself, sporty, and always seems to be in a crowd. But something else sets him apart. He will talk to anyone. Not just to make fun of them, but because he thinks friendships can come from anywhere. To get the basics of Niko's personality, just think of a good dog. Loyal, brave, attention-loving, and vicious when it's needed. He always smiles and never seems upset or angry. He is the kind of guy who will make a joke out of any situation. He likes making people laugh. Sometimes, though, he can accidentally offend people. When this happens, he doesn't exactly know how to deal with it. He isn't really the best at apologies. He usually makes thing worse. Niko is also really bad with girls. He trips over things, runs into walls, says stupid things. The only way to describe him in these situations is 'dork.' Around guys- especially his friends- he seems a little self-centered, a little too confident. This has never bothered him. He is a mythic, after all. Not to mention a werewolf! Shouldn't that be cause for extreme self-confidence?

History
Niko grew up in the mountains. The little town he lived in was secluded and the few people that lived there were friendly. The Grays had three children, Vivian, the oldest, Charlie, the youngest, and Niko, the middle child. Niko's parents were not werewolves, so no one expected what came at the age of ten. He had his first transformation. He turned into a massive black wolf and scared everyone in his house half to death. One of Charlie's friends had been over and told someone. It wasn't long before word was spreading. Despite the fact that the town was friendly, they were also very suspicious. No one had a doubt that Niko was in fact a werewolf. That was when they came. It wasn't a secret facility knocking down the door, it was a knock. And then, very quietly, very kindly, eleven year old Niko was taken away.
